West Orange Times & Observer News The Winter Garden Police Department is asking the community for its help in locating a suspect following an attempted homicide. Officers responded to an attempted shooting at 1135 Maxey Drive, Winter Garden, at 8:50 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28. The department said it made contact with the victim who stated a known subject, now identified as Dilson Matel Flores-Miranda, pulled up to him while he was in front of his residence and came to a stop. The suspect has been identified as Dilson Matel Flores-Miranda.
