Xar Hair Salon in Winter Garden, Florida

I was hired at Xar hair salon about a month ago, the owner Alex Gullo expressed to me that her salon was very busy and she was in desperate need of help. I immediately took the job, in the month off working the four days a week I made around $300 in total for the whole month. For the most part I was her assistant and had duties such as cleaning, sweeping, organizing, helping her with her clients and answering phones to set appt. She never had me sign any paper work which I didnt know was nessecary for the simple fact id never work at salon like that not being the fact that that this was my first job as an independent contractor so I guess apparently she also had me unknowingly working off the book. so just a little advice for any hairstylist out there stay clear of this salon and as for the clients this not a full service salon the cant even do simple upstyles. I was fired yesterday for asking her to sign my own personal log book because I had felt like my paychecks were coming out short, which they were and I assume she refused because I could call the business bureau on her with solid evidence. Again I'm not petty nor spiteful so I will not do any of those things just be careful with that women looks can be deceiving and kindness can easily be faked
