The Magic will also be joined by Magic Gaming, the Solar Bears and other local athletes and celebrities to raise funds ORLANDO - Orlando Magic Center Wendell Carter Jr. joins forces with AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida in The Race for Cancer Research 's live streaming video game fundraiser, Mario Kart Relay Race, on May 30 from 4-5 p.m. Carter Jr. will captain ' Mario' alongside a six-year-old cancer patient, AdventHealth doctors and a Magic Gaming player. Orlando Solar Bears defenseman Jimmy Mazza and team mascot Shades will also be part of a team to raise funds.
